Credenza Sea Products Ltd operates from a 25,000 sq ft factory situated on the Lincolnshire Wolds, close to the fishing port of Grimsby.

With a workforce of 60 and an annual turnover of £8m, Credenza specialises in producing fish and fish products for the retail food manufacturing industry and the food service/airline catering markets.

Credenza's BRC Grade A approved factory offers flexibility and niche production together with an extensive range of species.

To be able to offer an extensive range of species, Credenza source raw material from all over the world with particular emphasis on the Far East for speciality fish, and Chile for consistent Salmon supplies.

Fillet portions, block dice and portions, hand cut cubes, value added crumbed, filled and sauced dishes together with a range of cooked fish products are offered. Continual NPD ensures that our range continues to expand along with market requirements.

Close attention to dimensional and grading requirements together with a wealth of seafood, food and catering experience within the company allows Credenza to offer a complete service.
